Bull fucking shit. You dont tell them how you are disabled. If they ask your disability, you tell them ....that is not your concern, if you believe otherwise, you can have HR contact my case worker.

I'm currently dealing with an employer that failed to engage adequately and timely in the interactive process, having to work without the proper accommodations as I required and requested. Overall with the situation I know that I have a case, but I don't have attorney fees. I'm trying to figure out the process including working on the EEOC stage of it. I definitely would love to have more resources to help me understand what I'm supposed to do and if I'm doing it right.
This guy is great...he makes me realize how shitty Norwegian labour laws are...
